A Martingale style collar is specifically designed to slightly tighten when your dog pulls on the leash. It is the perfect collar for Greyhounds, Whippets, Salukis, and other sighthound breeds. This no-slip action prevents the collar from coming off and provides a gentle tool for training.

Creating a custom dog collar is a highly personalized and interactive process. It starts with gathering information about your dog, key measurements, leathers, colors and features that interest you. I will work with you to design a collar allowing you to specify:

► Maximum size of collar – when collar is not attached to leash
► Minimum minimum size of collar – when collar is attached to leash and dog is pulling
► Maximum width of collar – width of the collar at the back of the dog’s neck

Each collar is handcrafted in Houston, Tx from the finest leathers, stitched with weather resistant Serafil bonded poly thread, and assembled using the best hardware. These collars are engineered to be both strong and durable, yet beautiful and luxurious at the same time. These collars, particularly when made in Horween Leather, will age beautifully and become softer and more supple over the years, just like a great pair of cowboy boots.

  - Pricing can vary for unusually large dog collars, use of exotic leathers like alligator, and more unique features.
  - 50% of the payment is due at time of ordering and the remaining 50% is due just prior to shipping.
